Describe the Bug:
When selecting to edit a user contact method the whole page flickers when the dialog pops up. Also, the edit tooltip doesn't dissapear but moves to the bottom right.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to user details
2. Click on ... to open tooltip
3. Click edit
4. See error

Expected Behavior:
When selecting edit the dialog should appear without a flicker and with the tooltip disappearing.
