Currently, GoAlert supports webhooks for outgoing notifications, but it is unclear how to use them or understand their format.

Describe the solution you'd like:
I would like to see links to the webhook section on the /docs page from relevant places in the UI (such as contact methods and escalation policies). Whenever a user selects WEBHOOK for either, it should provide an easily accessible link clearly leading them to the related documentation.

Describe alternatives you've considered:
An alternative solution could be embedding the documentation within the UI itself rather than linking to it, but this could cause clutter and detract from the user experience.

This enhancement would benefit all users who choose to use webhooks as part of their GoAlert setup, as it directly increases usability and user understanding of the functionality.
