Contact method action menus are not rendered correctly in Safari on desktop (wide) view

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Safari on Desktop
2. Go to user profile

Observed Behavior:

Expected Behavior:
Inline "other actions" menu. See Chrome or Firefox
