Update distros against which we build packages in CI

Let's lean on packages we have in tarantool's test matrix.

I think it also worth to replace 'matrix' with 'jobs' in .travis.yml like we did for tarantool: https://github.com/tarantool/tarantool/commit/28fcdaa038aa2f11aace69614ba67cccdadd4f52
