Bug: v20230401. Cannot Import Servers. 无法导入服务器列表.

I think this is major bug!

temporary solution:
1. add one fake server, such as: 
    server: [1.2.3.4](https://1.2.3.4/):5
    password: xxx
2. select it
3. then import again

Although I defined it as a major bug, it is still estimated that it will not be resolved until the weekend or next weekend by the developer who created this bug.
