This commit improves event generation with monthly repeat rules by correctly increasing weeks instead of setting a target month. Co-authored-by: and <and@tutao.de>
Sometimes can happen that an event has one BY RULE that creates an instance BEFORE the interval increment. This commit makes sure to consider these generated events and stops event generation at the end of the generation loop instead of the middle. Co-authored-by: and <and@tutao.de>
