Enter doesn't work at the 2FA code prompt

Describe the bug
The Enter key can be used to submit the login form after entering the email and password, but it doesn't work for submitting the 2FA code.

To Reproduce

1. Go to the login page.
2. Enter email/password.
3. Press Enter to log in.
4. Enter the 2FA code.
5. Try pressing Enter to confirm.

Expected behavior
Pressing Enter should work for submitting the 2FA code, just like it works for the email/password prompt.

Test notes

• When verifying an OTP 2FA, you can press Return while the OTP textbox is focused to send the code to the server
• When setting up OTP 2FA:
  • Pressing Return when entering your password when attempting to add a new 2FA method works
  • You can press Return while the OTP textbox is focused to send the code to the server
• You can still login by pressing the Return key when entering your email (internal login)
• You can still login by pressing the Return key when entering your password (both internal and external login)
