Live view bugs when writing text with AnsiConsole.MarkupLine #1146

Describe the bug
This only happens when the log part is longer than the max. console length.
To Reproduce
1 Use the sample live application.
2 Write a long text with AnsiConsole.MarkupLine that is longer than the max. console length.
Expected behavior
The progress bar should be displayed correctly and not bug into the log part.
