Description of the bug

When using the pixel editor the user holds shift then left / right clicks to add / remove pixels. When holding shift UV tools shows a blue preview of the size & shape of the drawing cursor. This cursor showed on Win10, but does not show on Linux Mint 22.

How to reproduce

Open a file, and go to the Pixel Editor. Choose any brush shape or size and hold shift with your mouse over the drawing area. There is no blue-ish preview.
