I added mirror.mwt.me as a possible repo option. I tried to keep this stylistically consistent with the rest of the document.

I also offloaded the GPG key download to the mirror. This allows this step to work even if PackageCloud is out of bandwidth. This small file could be hosted anywhere though. It's probably better for security if you put it on your website or something.

Let me know if there's anything you'd like me to revert or do differently.

Closes #647, in response to #657

Since you are already modifying the readme could you add some information about the flatpak package?

Sure. Maybe I should add something like

GitHub desktop is also available cross-platform as a flatpak package and AppImage.

either to the part where I introduce the two repo options or the "Other Distributions" section where it mentions the AUR.

* Update README.md to add mirror

I added `mirror.mwt.me` as a possible repo option. I tried to keep this stylistically consistent with the rest of the document.

I also offloaded the GPG key download to keys.openpgp.org. This allows this step to work even if PackageCloud is out of bandwidth. It also has the advantage of putting the key id in the README and does not require users to trust me.

* undo use of openpgp.org

* Mention AppImage and Flatpak
