Summary of Changes

Hello @merrymercy, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request aims to optimize the CI pipeline by preventing the execution or inclusion of a specific Jupyter notebook (frontend_reasoning.ipynb) during the documentation build. This change should help decrease the overall time and resources consumed by the CI checks.

Highlights

  • CI Optimization: I've removed the frontend_reasoning.ipynb notebook from the documentation build process to reduce continuous integration load.

Code Review

This pull request aims to reduce CI load by not running the frontend_reasoning.ipynb notebook. The current change removes this notebook from the documentation's table of contents in docs/index.rst.

My primary feedback, detailed in the comment on docs/index.rst, is that while this removal will prevent the notebook from appearing in the generated documentation, it likely does not prevent the notebook from being executed if your CI process uses the make compile target defined in docs/Makefile. This Makefile target is configured to execute all notebooks it finds. Therefore, to fully achieve the stated goal of reducing CI load by not running frontend_reasoning.ipynb, additional modifications (such as deleting the notebook file or updating the Makefile to exclude it from execution) would likely be necessary. Without these, the notebook may still be executed, and the intended CI load reduction might not be realized.
