This reverts commit 81f431e.

Motivation

missing git submodule add https://github.com/deepseek-ai/FlashMLA sgl-kernel/3rdparty/flashmla
It's AOT not JIT
I have previously manually installed flash_mla locally, so I can pass through ut, but the original pr simply does not work

Format your code according to the Code Formatting with Pre-Commit.
Add unit tests as outlined in the Running Unit Tests.
Update documentation / docstrings / example tutorials as needed, according to Writing Documentation.
Provide throughput / latency benchmark results and accuracy evaluation results as needed, according to Benchmark and Profiling and Accuracy Results.
