Opcodes can be marked with
kPermissiveBounds, so that value can be accepted when out of nominal bounds.It will still be clamped to the limits of the result type.
Also, change aftertouch to normalized float.
This will permit later to lift the bounds on lo/hi opcode pairs.
(case of bend set to ±10000 for example)
