Send SMS Reports from Matomo via seven.

You can install this plugin via the marketplace or manually by going through the following steps:

1. Download the latest release
2. Extract the archive contents to /plugins relative to your Matomo installation path
3. Go to Settings -> System -> Plugins and activate the plugin named Seven
4. Add a new SMS provider
5. Add a new phone number
6. Validate the phone number
7. Create a report
8. Test the workflow by clicking Send Report now in the Personal Email Reports
