This is my homelab:

  1. k3s on Proxmox, running:
    1. Prometheus, Grafana, WIP Grafana Alloy + Loki
    2. Jellyfin exposed with Tailscale Operator
    3. Adguard Home with some blocklists, also exposed through the tailnet to devices
    4. Immich (for the inlaws.....)
    5. WIP Keycloak
    6. WIP server migration (hardware upgrade came early!)
    7. WIP Gitea + Flux for Gitops
    8. Home Assistant + Zigbee2MQTT + Mosquitto
      1. Samsung TV
      2. old Sensibo dongle
      3. SMLight SLZB 06M + Tuya SZ06

  1. NAS running TrueNAS Scale as central storage for applications, and backup for personal media
  1. Qotom fanless box running OPNSense (WIP, cos of network migrations) - thanks Nabil/Seifane

Eventually gotta move everything to bjw-s/app-template charts, but for now it's YAML monstering
