We currently have an "Usage help" issue template that creates an issue with a default text that encourages the OP to ask usage questions on Stack Overflow.

That doesn't seem to be working so well as we still get many usage questions in the repo.

I suggest we update the issue template to use the contact_links feature where we point the user to a page in the wiki that contains the same text above instead of creating an issue.
