How are we solving the problem?
do not limit the list entries as there may be dups, and existing logic already consider duplicated entries
How is the PR tested?
Write a script to upload large file with 10000 * 5MB size, with each part 5MB, and randomly choose parts which will be uploaded twice, then the upload will be success.
