Description

This issue focuses on re-implementing the German app localization that needed to be disconnected during work on the new menu. The implementation was originally done in scribe-org/Scribe-iOS#266 via to resolve scribe-org/Scribe-iOS#120 :)

I'll be working on this, and while I do so I'll try to resolve the loaded keyboard reset problems that we're experiencing in the implementation in scribe-org/Scribe-iOS#340 😊
