data/list loader function recognizes 'loca'
data/list sorting and phasing in the MoCo script
MoCo with and without motion correction for multi-slice MRSi added
sdat loader and organizer updated for multi slice
MRSI segmentation updated to extract a 3 multi slice mask
Some updates to the GUI to make z-direction buttons work
