-Added MRSI mask for fitting - New visualization for MRSI data for processed and fitted data - data/list loading for arbitrary average numbers

- fixed MoCo bug related to the MRSi implementation where the phase between on and off is 180 degree - added fitting of water data for MRSI

Update OspreyGUI
The console and log file output was updated and summarized into a new function to allow a better readout during the analysis of MRSI data on the server

- added a rebase function to change the base directory of a MRS container (-e.g. when being downloaded from the server) - removed redundant basis sets from the MRSI container - updated LW calculation in case out of volume spectra are analyzed
