Added relative path to job Files and avoiding to spell out file names. Added relative path to basis set locations.

Single average loading is supported now. All spectra in the folder are loaded into the raw struct. rawAverages, averages, subspecs, and rawSubspecs are calculated based on the number of files in the folder and header information.
