I made an interactive GUI to select data and set the parameters to start an analysis. A job.m file is automatically written and loaded. The GUI is created using the app developer in Matlab2020a Additionally, I made it possible to do the registration between the MRS voxel in the P-file and a T1 anatomical scan in nifti format for GE scanners. Since, I think, these tools can also be interesting for others, I hereby share the scripts.
