…on Hauksson - Added a new checkbox to the OspreyJob creator GUI that allows to indicate DICOM folders instead of .nii files for the T1 images. This way it is possible to parse folders instead of *.nii folders using the spm_select dialog - Additionally added more checks to allow for graceful closure of the spm_select if no file is selected - Creates output folder during the jobfile creation (needed for GUI generated jobs as they are created and saved in the output directory which is usually created at a later timepoint)
