This implements a version of tabloid, Specht, and simple modules for the signed permutation group (aka hyperoctohedral group or Weyl/Coxeter group of type $B$).

This implementation can be improved by implementing the basis using a dedicated class as it loses a lot of time checking the validity of the corresponding elements. However, this could be done on a followup PR.
