Since cremona.spkg is broken with gcc 4.2.x, but was fixed by John we are doing an unplanned 2.8.14 sources only release. Planned are the following merges:

• #1244: updated flint (r1075)
• #1246: mpfi-1.3.4-rc3.p9 fails to build on x86_64 SuSE 10.1
• #1247: updated cremona.spkg
• #1250: multivariate polynomial factorization -- control-c to cancel out doesn't work
• #1251: doc updates to the tutorial
• #1252: cddlib fails to build with gmp in /usr/local/
• #1253: make sage compile on OSX 10.5.1 "out of the box"
• #1254: revision to combinat.py
