#39467 temporarily removed some sytems from the CI as they were failing.

In particular, for the following systems it would be nice to restore the CI runs:

• "ubuntu-lunar", "ubuntu-mantic", ,

  0.661 E: The repository 'http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu lunar Release' does not have a Release file.

1.229 E: The repository 'http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu mantic-security Release' does not have a Release file.

• "debian-trixie" (probably Fix Cflags in m4ri.pc malb/m4ri#18)

[sagelib-10.6.beta7] [spkg-install] g++: error: @SIMD_CFLAGS@: linker input file not found: No such file or directory

• "debian-sid"

2.056 E: Package 'libsymmetrica2-dev' has no installation candidate

• the optional (and perhaps experimental) configs
• perhaps some of the macos runs
