By accident or coincidence, we actually had two Spanish translations being worked on in Transifex: Spanish and Spanish (Spain). Ideally, efforts should be concentrated on one of the variants, and our new platform Weblate since #8777 does not support both variants at the same time.

Thus we have removed the es-ES Spanish (Spain) variant after picking all strings from it that were not yet translated in the plain es Spanish file. The es-ES file is no longer getting updated from anywhere and should be removed.

Translators in those two teams, please do work together and check whether any of the strings in es-ES are better suited and should be moved to the es variant. This can be entered directly on Weblate, or by making a Pull Request here on GitHub if you prefer.
