Hi,

I saw that we can preload a font in sveltekit by tweaking preload function on the handle hook.
But it never add the preload link in the headers as it do for css and js files.

I don't know if it's on purpose or not, I made this PR in case.

Currently, I added them manually before returning the response to the browser, I have a better loading time.
