What this PR does:
Edge devices often require some more lightweight computing runtimes, WebAssembly is a binary instruction format for a stack-based virtual machine, and can deal with this scenario better, WasmEdge is a lightweight, high-performance, and extensible WebAssembly runtime for cloud native, edge, and decentralized applications. It is the fastest Wasm runtime today.
