What's in this PR?
Remove old Content Sitemap Provider services. Cherry picked out of #7749
Why?
This need be recreated with the new route and route generators, currently with dependency on old route bundle it make things too hard to implement the new routing to the content bundle so first step remove this ones. They need to be reimplemented in #7726.
