Thanks! The whole Unicycler-polish pipeline is a clumsy sledgehammer-approach to polishing. I wasn't sure if anybody was actually using it 😄 Rewriting all of this stuff is on my maybe-someday to-do list, but in the meantime (which may be a long time), I appreciate the enhancement! Ryan |

Thanks for merging, Ryan! I wanted a tool to automate the align-and-Pilon iteration cycle, and Unicycler-polish fit the bill. So thanks! |
