Problem Definition

If I click on "Ethereum Staking" button under "Blockchain Balances", then a white screen is displayed without any back button (you can see the problem in the attached video file). I cannot do anything after this point and I have to close and re-open Rotki app so as to continue to use it. Even if this is because I'm using a free version, there should be at least a back button to close this empty white screen.
