Describe the bug
My ROM folder contained empty folders for systems I do not use. RomM recognized them on the first scan. Afterwards I deleted the folders and they are not visible under "Platforms" anymore. But when using the drop-down to limit a new search to a specific platform all the missing platforms show up.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Get a fresh installation
2. Point the bind volume for your roms in Docker to a path containing some folders with roms and some folders without
3. Do an initial scan
4. Remove empty folders
5. Do a new scan
6. Reload the scan page
7. The platforms drop-down still shows the no longer existent platforms

Expected behavior
I would expect to have those platforms deleted, if they do have no roms assigned. Or have an option to delete those systems manually.
