Everyone probably added all the scanning databases, but prefer a specific combo. Lets make an option to either save specific combos, or just remember the last combo used instead of EVERYTHING.

It would be a nice QOL since we probably prefer something other than 'All'

Bonus points for adding label names to combos that match the Docs.
