Summary
Bud's @roots/sage package is going to be updated to remove the following dependencies:
@roots/bud-eslint@roots/bud-prettier@roots/bud-stylelint@roots/bud-tailwindcss

Motivation
Why are we doing this?
Allow for easily opting out of these dependencies from the theme
