Whether created via VirtualDeviceManager or DisplayManagerGlobal, virtual displays should now be properly linked to their underlying Display objects. I attempted to make VDM shadow support T but encountered class not found exceptions which I couldn't overcome. PiperOrigin-RevId: 635912653
