This is a SSILD (Senses Initiated Lucid Dream) training web app designed to help you practice the SSILD cycles.
SSILD (Senses Initiated Lucid Dreaming) is a lucid dreaming technique that involves cycling through your senses; sight, sound, and touch - in a specific pattern to prime your mind for awareness during dreams.
The core idea is to gently train your perception without straining, helping you enter a state of heightened awareness that can trigger lucidity in dreams.

This template provides a minimal setup to get React working in Vite with HMR and some ESLint rules.
Currently, two official plugins are available:
- @vitejs/plugin-react uses Babel for Fast Refresh
- @vitejs/plugin-react-swc uses SWC for Fast Refresh
If you are developing a production application, we recommend updating the configuration to enable type-aware lint rules:
