  • tweak release profile for smaller binaries
  • use GH runners instead of cross
  • build with musl on Linux and use older runners for greater ABI compatibility
  • add sha256sums to release
  • use target triple on the release files
  • add maintainer commands to justfile to aid in publishing and fixing CI issues
