Describe the bug
librime 1.12.0 not work with weasel 0.14.3.0

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Extract dist/lib/rime.dll from rime-c7ab639-Windows-msvc-x86.7z to weasel install directory.
2. Double click on 'WeaselServer.exe'
3. Popup error dialog window
   "WeaselServer.exe - Entry Point Not Found"
   The procedure entry point RimeConfigGetInt could not be located in the dynamic lnk library rime.dll.

Expected behavior
Start weasel server without error.
