Describe the bug
本人使用 fcitx5 并将 ctrl+shift 设为切换输入法快捷键，具体设置如图

• 当快速多次按下 ctrl+shift 时，有高概率进入 rime 的「英文模式」（而非 fcitx5 的英文键盘），关闭 ascii_composer/switch_key/Shift_L 后该现象消失
• 将 fcitx5 的输入法切换快捷键设为其他组合（如默认的 ctrl+space）时该现象也消失，即快速多次按下 ctrl+shift 将不再进入 rime 的「英文模式」

Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. 如上图设置 fcitx5
2. 在 rime 配置中启用 ascii_composer/switch_key/Shift_L
3. 快速多次按下 ctrl+shift
4. See bug

Expected behavior
不进入rime 的「英文模式」
