Docker includes a subject when "oci-artifact=true" is defined on the buildx output. These should not result in duplicate attestations after conversion. This handles that scenario by not modifying the generated attestation, only stripping the "unknown/unknown" entries. Signed-off-by: Brandon Mitchell <git@bmitch.net>
