Bug Description

I have noticed this behavior when using EdgeTTS in several epub books. Whenever there is an italicized section in the book, the TTS would read the section normally, then skip several paragraphs ahead after reaching its end.

For example, in the attached screenshot "One month later" line would be read, then the TTS would skip the rest of the visible page content and several next pages, then resume reading after a paragraph break later in the chapter.

Expected behavior

TTS would read the chapter in order.
