When searching for content, I'd like to escape out of the search mode by pressing the ESC key.

However, there isn't a way to do that, the red box remains on the page itself.

I would press "Control + F" again to try to empty it, it then does clear it but for some odd reason, the page's search field shows up like this.

So, it became even more of a confusing behavior.
