Bug Description

In 0.9.57 and prior the page would utilize all of 2400x1080, but with 0.9.59 it no longer does this. Manually setting top, bottom, left and right all to values of zero to see if it will reflow still leaves a large amount of whitespace at the bottom.

All epubs are affected.

Expected behavior

At least make the bottom margin work more like the top margin so that there isn't a large chin at the bottom.
