@gaearon Yes. That should be all of the warning/error messages. There are some other links(not using fb.me) at README, CHANGELOG or comments which I did not refactor it. |

Summary
Added all react warning url from fb.me to reactjs.org.
The reason for this change is to allow developers from countries or organizations that blocked fb.me(Social Media) to have better access to the doc.
