What is the problem you are having with rclone?

The particular unicode name results in file name too long error when I try to create a file with that name on ubuntu with command "touch".

The file does not show up in win7 with rclone mount. However, it shows up with google file stream. On ubuntu 18.04 LTS server, it shows up with rclone mount without problem.

The file was created in win7 and uploaded to google drive with rclone.

What is your rclone version (eg output from rclone -V)
