Remove support for K8s 1.23 and 1.24 for Rancher 2.8.0 #42828
Description
Rancher 2.8.0 supported K8s versions range is 1.25 - 1.27. This means that 1.23 and 1.24 will no longer be officially supported and we want to remove the ability to provision new k8s 1.23-1.24 clusters.
- RKE1 provisioned AND standalone - Make changes in KDM
- RKE2/k3s provisioned - changes in KDM
- Hosted providers - EKS, AKS, GKE (likely UI changes)
- Imported clusters - k3s/RKE2 (should be covered by "RKE2/k3s provisioned")
