Steps to reproduce (least amount of steps as possible):

1. Import an AKS Cluster
2. Enable Monitoring (0.0.7 or 0.1.0)
3. Wait a while
4. Go to Project -> Namespace -> Workload (Or browse to any workload/pod metrics in Grafana)
5. Open the "Workload Metrics"

Result:

It always states "Not enough data for graph". In Grafana it only shows requests/limits and no CPU/Memory data.

Other details that may be helpful:

It has already been this way on Rancher 2.3.5 / Monitoring 0.0.7 and remained the same after upgrading to Rancher 2.4.4 / Monitoring 0.1.0.

It does show cluster level metrics.

Environment information

• Rancher version (rancher/rancher/rancher/server image tag or shown bottom left in the UI): 2.4.4
• Installation option (single install/HA): HA

• Cluster type (Hosted/Infrastructure Provider/Custom/Imported): AKS Imported
• Machine type (cloud/VM/metal) and specifications (CPU/memory): Cloud, 1.9 vCPU / 4.5 GB
• Kubernetes version (use kubectl version): v1.15.10
