[why] The sorting should be alphabetical, apart from Plex ;-) See src/unpatched-fonts/README.md where the script should return the same sequence of fontnames with and without the sort. Signed-off-by: Fini Jastrow <ulf.fini.jastrow@desy.de>

Description
I added Adwaita Mono font added to the nerd-fonts repo. It is now the default monospace fontface starting with GNOME 48, and there have been some talks in the issue boards about adding the font, so I took to adding it here.

Add the Adwaita Mono font into the nerd-fonts repository

Just like any other font, either using the built-in font patcher, or with the "gotta-patch-em-all" script
Any background context you can provide?
GNOME created this font, and made it the default in GNOME 48, which released a few days ago. I thought it would be useful since the font looks very nice, and is based of Iosevka, which I used in the past.
