Describe the issue

The calibration_api.ipynb notebook was deleted in #6580.
There are however other notebooks that refer to calibration_api and these links than show as dead links on the cirq website.

docs/google/best_practices.ipynb
docs/noise/qcvv/coherent_vs_incoherent_xeb.ipynb
docs/noise/qcvv/xeb_calibration_example.ipynb

We need to update or delete these as appropriate.
